How to split text first and middle and last in excel?

You may take the text in one or more cells, and split it into multiple cells using the Convert Text to Columns in an Excel.

Example Step :-

How to split text First name and Middle name and Last name ?

First select the cell or column that contains the text you want to split.    

 

2.)    Select Data > Then go to Data Tab > then click on Text to Columns.

3.)    In the Convert Text to Columns Wizard > then click on   Delimited > Next.

4.)    Select the Delimiters for your data. For example, Comma and Space. You can see a preview of your data in the Data preview window.

5.)    Then select next.

6.)    After that select the Column data format or use what Excel chose for you.

7.)    Then select the Destination, which is where you want the split data to appear on your worksheet.

8.)    Click on Next Button

9.)    Then click on Finish Button.

After that2.) Click on Text to Columns.
